Hawraa Q. Hameed was born in 13 September 1981.Baghdad, Iraq . She received her B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Electrical power Engineering in 2003 and 2005 respectively from E.E.T.college Iraq. From 2007,she joined a Faculty member as assistant lecturer in Electrical Engineering department in university of Technology Iraq .Since 2015,she has been a lecturer .at the UOT, Iraq. She has many publications in national journals.

Dhari Y. Mahmood is an asst. Prof at the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Technology, Iraq. He has gained his M.Sc and Ph.D. in Electrical Power Engineering from Sant.Peterburg polytechnical Institute-Russa in 1986 and 1990 respectively. His BSc degree received in 1981 from the University of Baghdad-Collage of Engineering -Iraq. He is wok in the field of renewable energy and power system research. He supervises a large number of graduate students in both masters and Ph.D. degrees.

Afaneen A.Alkazraji was born in Baghdad, lraq in January of 1967.she received her B.Sc In 1990 from Baghdad university. Her M.Sc and PhD degrees in 1998 and 2005 respectively from University of technology,Iraq. She is an assistant professor since 2006. Her field of interest is power system operation and control.
