Mohammed H. Alkhafaji was born in Baghdad, Iraq in July of 1980. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc from the University of Technology-Baghdad (UOT-Baghdad) in 2014 and 2016 respectively. Then, He achieved his Ph.D. from Cranfield University in 2017. his mother tongue is Arabic. he also speaks English. At the moment, he lives in Iraq, Baghdad, Albayaa'. 2004-2007, he was an electrician at Al-Mimar Company in Baghdad working with an industry partner in the knowledge of installing electrical equipment for houses and companies. From 2006 onward, he works for UOT-Baghdad in the electric and electronic engineering department. He has worked in various types of team Laboratory (power electronics team, machines team, High voltage team, control of systems team), and delivered lectures in various subjects of electrical engineering at many department of the UOT-Baghdad university such as Electromagnetic, AC and DC Machine, Electrics and Electronics fundamentals, Applied Physics, Power Transmission and Distribution, and control of power plants. Mohammed was working as a member in several committees in the Electrical engineering Department at UOT-Baghdad such as Post Graduate committee, student follow-up committee, Human resources committee, examination committee, and member of subjects’ discussion committee for the bachelor and M.Sc studies. He was involved with teaching staff at Cranfield University to teach Aramco group in 2014. 2014-2016 he has participated in a project of Intelligent Grid Interface Vehicle Eco-Charging - iGIVE as amber of Cranfield university within UK-China Cooperation. he has more than 9 publications in national and international conferences and journals.

Thamir Rashed Saeed was Born in Baghdad, Iraq on february 10, 1965. He received the B.Sc. degree from military engineering college in Baghdad in 1987, the M.Sc. degree from military engineering college in Baghdad in 1994 and Ph.D. degree from AL-Rashed college of engineering and Secinec in Baghdad 2003. From 1994 to 2003, he worked with military engineering college in Baghdad as a member of teaching staff. From 2003 till now, he worked with the University of Technology in Baghdad as a member of teaching staff. Currently, he is Professor of electrical engineering at university of Technology. His major interests are in digital signal processing, digital circuit design for DSP based on FPGA, Radar, sensors network and Pattern Recognition.

Abdulrahim T. Humod was born in Baghdad, Iraq in september of 1961. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1984 and 1990 respectively from MTC and MCE, Baghdad, Iraq. He received the PhD degree in Control and Guidance Engineering at the departement of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, MCE, Iraq in 2002. He currently working as an Assitance prof. in the department of Electrical Engineering, the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq.

Hussain Sayed has gained his master’s degree of science in Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock - USA, in 2016. His bachelor’s of science degree was awarded from the University of Technology – Baghdad, Iraq, in 2010. Mr. Sayed has been working on investigating WBG devices and in particular SiC power switching devices performance for over four years. He also works on designing high-voltage gain power electronics converters for renewable energy applications. He has published several papers in IEEE proceedings in the U.S. and Canada, in addition to accredited international journals. Mr. Sayed has strong theoretical and experimental experiences in using LabVIEW software and equipment in both academia and industrial sectors. Hussain’s roles as active reviewer in IEEE and Springer journals and conferences.

Alaa H. Ali was born in Baghdad, Iraq in November of 1970. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1993 and 2002 respectively from MTC, Iraq. He joined a PhD study at the Faculty of Laser and optoelectronic engineering at 2004, he has been a Assist Prof. of Optoelectronic Eng. at the UoT, Iraq. Starting scientific publishing since 2002, his interested focus on the optical fiber communication system, optical sensor, optical filter, and electromagnetic fields.
