Hanan A. R. Akkar was born in Baghdad, Iraq in November of 1966. She received his B.Sc and M.Sc and Phd degrees in 1988, 1993 and 1998 respectively from University of Technology, Department of Electrical Engineering, Baghdad, Iraq. She has been a Prof. of Electronic Eng. at the UOT, Iraq. She Starting scientific publishing since 1992 she has more than 100 publications in national and international conferences and journals in fields of Switched- Capacitor Network, Artificial Neural Network, Genetics Algorithm, Fuzzy logic, Swarm Intelligent, FPGA, and Nano-electronics.

Sameem A.Salman was born in Baghdad, Iraq in April of 1981. He received his B.Sc, M.Sc, and Ph.D. degrees in 2004, 2010, 2020 respectively from UOT, Iraq. He received his Ph.D. degree in electronic and communication engineering at the University of Technology.

Ashwaq Q. Furthermore she has been a lecturer in Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies -Information Technology University. Where she teaches Mobile Computing and Wireless Protocols course , and she has been a lecturer in MS.C. course in Electrical Engineering -University of Technology . Where she teaches Mobile Communication Systems course.
