Wisam h. Ali was born in Baghdad, Iraq in April of 1976. He received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1999 and 1002 respectively from Department of Electrical Engineering DEE, university of technology UOT , Iraq. From 1999-2002, he joined a PhD study at the Faculty DEE (UOT), baghdad Iraq. Since 2010 he has been a lecturar of DEE at the UOT, Iraq. Starting scientific publishing since 2002 he has more than 25 publications in national and international conferences and journals.

Salwa A. Alagha was born in Baghdad, Iraq in Febreuary of 1972. She received his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in 1994 and 2003 respectively from Dep. of Computer Science, University of Technology, Iraq. From 2013 - 2016, she joined a PhD study at the Dep. of Computer Science, University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq. Since 2010, She has been a Lectrure of Electronic Eng. at the University of Technology, Iraq. Starting scientific publishing since 2003, she has 10 publications in national and international conferences and journals.

Sabah A. Gitaffa was born in Baghdad, Iraq in September of 1974. He received his B.Sc degrees in 1999 with a field electrical and electronic engineering from the Al-Rashid College, Iraq and M.Sc degrees in 2004 with afield electrical and electronic engineering from the UOT, Iraq. He received the title of Assistant Professor in 2017.Starting scientific publishing since 2003, he has more than 20 publications in national and international conferences and journals.

Firas M. Ali was born in Baghdad, Iraq in December of 1972. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Baghdad in 1994 and 1997, respectively. He obtained the Ph.D. degree in electronics and communication engineering from the University of Technology in 2021. He was employed as a senior lecturer at the Polytechnic Higher Institute of Yefren, Libya from November 1999 to August 2011. He has then been appointed as a teaching staff member at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Technology, Iraq since December 2011. His main research interests include the design and implementation of RF power amplifiers, oscillators, and microwave active circuits for modern communication systems. He published more than 25 technical papers in different local and international conferences and journals. Dr. Firas is an IEEE member.

Mohammed Al-hayanni is Lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department, University of Technology, Iraq. He completed his PhD in 2019 in the School of Engineering, Newcastle University, United Kingdom. His research interests include developing practically validated robust performance adaptation models for energy-efficient many-core computing systems. He is an IEEE and IET member. He holds an MSc in Computer and Software Engineering and BSc in Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Technology, Iraq.
